Bowers & Wilkins

Bowers & Wilkins is a British loudspeaker and headphone maker founded in 1966 in Worthing, West Sussex by John Bowers and Roy Wilkins, who had met serving in the Royal Corps of Signals. Best known for its 800 Series studio monitors, it brought the same design-led approach to the Px wireless headphone line. The Sound United group that acquired it in 2020 was itself bought by Harman International in 2025.
