Squarp Instruments is an independent French maker of hardware sequencers, founded in 2013 and run by its three founders in Paris, where its machines are designed and assembled. It specialises in sequencing alone — the Pyramid, the Eurorack Hermod and Hermod+, and the flagship Hapax standalone MIDI/CV sequencer — plus the Rample sample-player module, and develops its instruments through long-running free firmware updates.
